Dealing with offences

A REMINDER has been issued to personnel to be aware of DI(G)ADMIN 45-2 – “Reporting and Investigation of Alleged Offences within the Australian Defence Organisation”.

The instruction provides information for managing offences that are to be reported through the chain of command to Defence Investigative Authorities (DIA), and describes the role of DIA.

Such offences are listed in the instruction and include but are not limited to all computer-related crime, particularly the storage, access and distribution of pornography.
