A united stand

Conflict Management (CM) and Dispute Resolution (DR) is a crucial part of running any large organisation.

To this end the ADF participated in high level discussions hosted by the United States Air Force at the Pentagon recently. The meetings discussed the respective approaches to CM and DR programs.

Two ADF representatives joined key senior level USAF military and civilian attorneys specialising in international and operations in a forum to discuss initiatives to establish a negotiation, conflict management and dispute resolution program in an operations environment.
