Base Townsville’s key role in the Air Force and ADF was highlighted
last week when five F/A-18 Hornets and 57 personnel from No. 75
Squadron visited to take part in Exercise Tasman Link.
The Hornets and crew, based at RAAF Base Tindal, operated out
of Townsville as part of the annual Air Force-Army exercise, which
was held at the Shoalwater Bay Training Area north of Rockhampton.
