Comments sought on relocations

The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) encourages Air Force personnel who have recently moved to participate in a survey.

The survey is designed to evaluate the services provided to personnel and their families as relocating is now a significant component of DHA’s business.

DHA’s Relocation Survey offers members the opportunity to provide feedback on what is most important during a move and how well DHA arranges relocations. The survey is sent to Defence members about two weeks after they have relocated.

Last year the survey identified many important issues and led to a redesign of the processes used to administer relocations.

In addition, DHA has recently updated its web-based selection application, HomeFind, to better assist selection of a new service residence.

Personnel who participate in the survey will go into a draw to win one of several $100 gift vouchers from Frontline Defence Services. One $100 voucher will be drawn for every 500 surveys returned to DHA.
