Eleven RNZAF instructors and students from the School of Air Navigation at RAAF East Sale travelled three hours to Melbourne to join one of the largest street parades held in Australia on ANZAC Day. The group, led by SQNLDR Roger Pringle, attended the dawn service, marched from the CBD to the Shrine of Remembrance. The party gathered for a reading and prayer at a tree planted near the Shrine in memory of those who died while serving in the Armed Forces of New Zealand.
