PMKeyS manual online

TO BETTER assist PMKeyS users, the Air Force recently released the PMKeyS Policy and Procedures Manual.

It is the only document of its type developed to date within the ADO and has been specifically developed to provide in plain English an authoritative source of policy guidance to personnel.

It addresses all aspects of the PMKeyS application and its management within the Air Force and the broader ADO.

Personnel are encouraged to regularly access the information in order to enhance their knowledge and understanding of what will be the Air Force’s principal personnel information management system for many years to come.

The manual’s topics include access management, security, fraud control, issues and change management, data quality management, PMKeyS Self Service, reporting, communications, training, risk management and quality control.

The manual has been provided electronically to easily keep it up-to-date and give easy access. A web site has also been set up to provide extra information and useful links.
