Squadron’s new plan

NO. 25 (City of Perth) Sqaudron is developing a new squadron plan after attending a planning workshop at HMAS Leeuwin.

Fifteen members of 25SQN attended the three-day planning workshop, with the objective to review the existing sqaudron plan and develop a new plan for the financial year.

During the workshop, 25SQN’s mission, vision and values were reviewed.

A business model, focusing on customers, stakeholders, core processes, outputs and businesses processes, was also examined.
