Navy golf titles
The Naval Golf Association will stage the 2007 NSW Navy championships at the Carnarvon Golf Club in Lidcombe from 10am on October 4. Personnel must attend the annual meeting at 9am to be eligible to compete. Registrations will be taken at the end of the meeting. Only uniformed RAN personnel are eligible. Dress regulations apply. The $10 entry fee includes prizes and green fees. Nominations to the NGA captain CPOPT Mark Klopper on (02) 9359 2402 or email mark.kloppera@defence.gov.au by September 27.
ADF championships
All serving members and APS personnel are eligible to contest the NSW ADF championships at Liverpool Golf Club, Hollywood Drive, Lansvale, on Tuesday, October 9. The event for A, B and C grades, will begin at 10am with registrations from 8.30-9.30am. Dress regulations will apply. The entry fee of $25 includes prizes and green fees. Nominations should be forwarded to t CPOPT Mark Klopper.
Selection trials
The Navy Golf Association has almost completed its selection trials for the 2007 NSW inter-Service competition at Horizons Golf Club, Salamander Bay, from October 28 to November 2. The final trial is on September 13 at Kiama Golf Club. Nominations and inquires to CPOPT Mark Klopper.
