Naval engineers
Serving, retired and civilian members of the Naval Engineering branches are invited to attend the Naval Engineering Reunion on November 9, 2007 at Tuggeranong Rugby Union club from 5.30pm. Writers reunion
Perth will be the host city for the RAN Writers’ Association reunion to be held from March 28 to 31, 2008.

Minesweepers
A reunion of the 16th Minesweeping Squadron HMAS Hawk, Curlew, Gull, Ibis, Teal and Snipe will be held at the Noosa Australis Convention and Exhibition Centre, Tewantin/Noosa, Queensland from August 1 to 3, 2008. Care packages
A group of Veterans, ex Servicemen and interested civilians called Tri Service Hervey Bay operating in conjunction with Hervey Bay RSL Sub Branch (Qld) have been sending “care packages” to Service personnel serving overseas who come from or have a connection to the Wide Bay/Fraser Coast district of Queensland.
