Healthy study

Volume 50, No.2, February 22, 2007
A new ADF research project to examine the long-term health issues of Navy personnel who have deployed overseas is currently being run by the Centre for Military and Veterans’ Health (CMVH).

The Deployment Health Surveillance Program (DHSP) will focus on aspects of the physical and psychological health of current and past Defence personnel.

The first of the program’s research studies will be the Solomons, followed by Timor-Leste, Bougainville and the MEAO.

CMVH will be inviting a random sample of current and former ADF members to participate.
