HMAS Arunta (CMDR Luke Charles-Jones) celebrated
her eighth birthday on December 12.
CMDR Luke Charles-Jones cut the ship’s birthday cake at a clear lower
deck in the ship’s company café, ably assisted by the youngest
member of the ship’s company, 19-year-old SMNET Heath Bassett from
Launceston.
ABBM Brad Richardson from Mandurah also celebrated his 27th birthday on
the same day and took great pleasure in receiving the first piece of cake.
