If you have not received your statement by December 15, you can request a reprint by calling the numbers listed below.

You are also able to view your member statement online from the relevant scheme website at www.militarysuper.gov.au or www.dfrdb.gov.au, using your access number.
If you wish to register for online services or have lost or forgotten your access number, phone MilitarySuper and a new number will be mailed to you.
