Budget time 2006
The Naval Aviation Fleet will benefit to the tune of an additional
$26.2 million in 2006-07 to support the Naval aviation capability
as a result of the Federal Budget brought down on May 9.

in an effort to support the fundraising efforts of the Mandurah
Make-A-Wish branch.

Everything old was new again when HMAS Brunei (LCDR Charles
Bourne) used the sun, stars and sextant for its April 1-11
visit to Lord Howe Island to support the 75th anniversary
of the 1931 landing of Sir Francis Chichester in his floatplane.

Dedication
given due recognition by leader

dedication of RAN personnel who have helped the Navy achieve
important outcomes was acknowledged by Maritime Commander
Australia RADM Davyd Thomas recently when he presented three
commendations and more than a dozen long service awards and
campaign medals.
