  • Plaque dedication
    Borneo-Indonesian confrontation
    Ex-crew members of HMAS Hawk, Gull, Teal, Ibis, Snipe and Curlew, who served in the Borneo-Indonesian confrontation during 1964-66 are invited to a plaque dedication service to be held at the Australian War Memorial, Canberra ACT on March 31 at 10am. Partners and families of both living and deceased members are most welcome, with a morning tea and guided tour of the War Memorial on completion of the service.     Reunion planned for April
    A group of ex-Wren Range Assessors will be gathering in Canberra on April 1-2 for a reunion. There will be five ex-Wrens from UK and five from Australia, along with some husbands and various friends.     Appeal for information
    LS Brett Kennedy is trying to research the history of boxing in the RAN. He is particularly after information about Joey Donovan and Ray McGuire.
