The Navy internet web site has been reinvigorated
using modern concepts and was relaunched on November 7.
The look is uncluttered with new navigation and improved
user features.
The Director Command Information Management responsible
for designing the new Navy internet site, CMDR Don McLean,
said: The Navy Internet site is quite popular with
an average of 3,800 unique users per day and between 10,000
to 26, 000 unique page views per day.
It has taken us just under a year to implement this
redesign and so it has meant a significant effort.
The redeveloped site can be visited at www.navy.gov.au.
