Navy sports council noticeboard

  • Netball
    The ADF Combined Services Netball Carnival will be held from October 10-14 at Randwick Barracks. There will also be games held against visiting RNZ Air Force womens and mixed teams. A level one coaching clinic will be conducted on October 8 and 9. Interested personnel for the clinic should contact CPL Michael Kiker on (02) 9359 3501 and more information on the carnival can be obtained from CAPT Lynne Oldfield on (02) 9349 0701.

  • Australian rules
    Over 35s, open men and women players, managers, coaches and referees are sought for the ADF Football Federation 2005 National Carnival at Parramatta’s Melita Stadium, October 31 to November 6.   • Golf
    The 2005 ACT ISS Golf Series will be conducted at Mollymook Golf Club, Monday, October 24, to Friday, October 28. Teams are restricted to permanent ADF members. Contact LTCOL Tony Wallace on (02) 6265 4614 for more information.

  • Australian Rules
    More players are required for the interservice event at Randwick Barracks on September 28-30. Contact LSPT Macleod on (02) 9359 2403.

  • Rugby Union
    RANRU are conducting three player development camps in October/November 05. All camps are open to both male and female players at all levels of rugby experience. Details are October 22-23 (Canberra); November 9-11 (Cairns); November 19-20 (Rockingham).
