    Defence mountain bike riders are invited to join ADF teams competing in “The Mont” 24-hour mountain bike championships.     Patrons CDRE Geraghty and Laurie Daly and the RANRL commitee extend an invitation to all Navy members to the Navy RL Patron Cup carnival at Leichardt Oval Balmain on September 9, 8.30am to 3pm.   • Dragonboat
    The next race in the 2005 Dragon Boat NSW series will be held on September 18 at 9am. The race will be part of the Ryde Aquatic Festival at Kissing Point Park Putney, Sydney and is a mixed teams event. Navy is looking for more participants, particularly females.
