Triathlete’s tropical triumph

CMDR Rod Harrod (pictured) has been selected to compete at the 2005 Triathlon World Age Group Championships in Hawaii. Rod’s wife Margaret and their two children, Jason and Nicola, will be travelling with him to Honolulu in October as his support crew.

Rod has been undertaking Duathlons and Triathlons for the past 25 years and has been serving in the Navy for 21 years.

Rod is currently working on the Directing Staff at the Australian Command and Staff College at Weston Creek, Canberra.
