The
Navy team entering the 2005 NSW Variety Bakery to Bethany Bash
is on track to better its fundraising efforts from last year.
Following some fundraising events and with the support of a
number of “corporate sponsors” the team has already collected
more than $27,000 toward the target of $40,000.All money raised
by the team will go to Variety.
The Bash will be departing the new Tip Top Bakery around 9am
on Thursday, August 11, heading north to Manilla, NSW, then
up to Warwick and St George in Queensland before heading south
again through Warren, Wagga, Deniliquin, and Wentworth in NSW,
then onto Burra in SA and finishing in Bethany on August 19.
