Anzac upgrade closer
A $260 million contract has been signed with the Anzac Ship Alliance
for the first phase of a major upgrade to the anti-ship missile
defences in Navy’s Anzac class frigates.
The anti-ship missile defence upgrades will ensure the Anzac frigates
have improved defences against modern anti-ship missiles.
The anti-ship missile defence upgrade for the Anzac Ships is being
contracted through Defence’s Anzac Ship Alliance with Tenix and
Saab Systems.
