The
Salvation Army is seeking Navy volunteers to collect money for
the annual doorknock appeal on May 28 and 29.
For a number of years the Salvation Army Red Shield Defence Services
and the Military have worked closely together serving both in
Australia and overseas.
The Salvo’s are grateful for the support they receive from Military
personnel who assist with the annual doorknock appeal and of course
for those who contribute to the Red Shield funds.
This year, the Salvo’s hope to raise $13 million nationally.
