Almost twice as many turn out for Sydney’s Sportex2

The Sportex concept of four days of Defence sporting activities has received increasing acceptance, with 1080 athletes taking part in Sportex2.

Some competitors travelled hundreds of kilometres to participate in the Sydney-based event.

On Wednesday, October 6, touch footballers pitted against each other in the Adelaide Cup, played at Queens Park, Waverley.

In the final the Albatross Old Boys defeated AUSCDTONE 3-1.
