Anzac’s visit delights kids

During HMAS Anzac’s recent visit to Singapore, in support of Exercise Bersama Lima, the RAN Band detachment onboard paid a visit to the Australian International School.

Opening with Beat to Quarters and a melody of Australian classics, the senior students soon danced up a storm when- Men At Work’s Land Down Under was played.

Afterwards, the Bandies lent their expertise to the Year 11 music class who soaked up the knowledge provided including demonstrations of the various instruments used throughout the day.
