On your Harman marks

Preparations are well underway for the 40th annual running of the Bonshaw Cup.

HMAS Harman will host the event on November 17. The event is open to ADF, APS and civilian personnel, and will consist of a 6.4 km run/ power walk (commencing at 11am), and run (11.30am).

Each race has a variety of categories for both individual and team honours, with teams consisting of four members.

Harman PT staff are expecting a bumper turnout.

Entry is $10, which covers trophies, prizes, give-aways, and a BBQ lunch.
