the throng of competitors who took part in this year’s Sun-Herald
Sydney City to Surf was a contingent of 90 Defence runners,
who geared up to raise money for the New South Wales SIDS
and KIDS Organisation by running or jogging the gruelling
14 km from the City to Bondi Beach.

has competed in the International Triathlon Union World Long
Course Triathlon Championships in Sater, Sweden.

2004/2005 Navy surfing season kicks off next month at Eloura
beach with competition in the Long and Shortboard divisions.

Australian Services Rugby Union women’s team came away from
this month’s 2004 Telstra Australian Women’s Invitational
Tournament in Sydney with one win and a lot of experience.
