Those
people attending Defences inaugural Anti-Submarine Warfare
Conference at HMAS Watson last month were encouraged to think
outside the square.
As a result, conference delegates provided many useful recommendations,
including some interesting, novel ideas that are presently being
consolidated into a report for consideration by the Chief of Navy.
The conference commenced with a number of presentations that established
the status of Anti-Submarine Warfare in the Defence Force, followed
by speakers providing an insight on what the future of anti-submarine
warfare is likely to comprise.
