HMAS Ipswich celebrates 21 years of Commission in the RAN on Nov

Heritage Weekend
The WA Section of the Naval Association of Australia is holding
a two day “Salute our Naval Heritage” event in Fremantle on March
5 and 6, 2004.
We are inviting all serving and ex-serving naval personnel and
partners to join us in honouring Australia’s Naval Heritage, celebrating
individual naval service.
A weekend of events is planned commencing with a welcoming cocktail
party and ceremonial “Beat the Retreat”. The weekend will finish
with a Grand Dinner Dance. For further details please write to

Warramunga
Association
We are seeking members of the crew or ex crew of the Anzac Frigate
HMAS Warramunga to join the Warramunga Association. We have at
least 350 people on our mailing lists from WWII, Occupation Forces,
Japan, those from the FESR, Malaya and those who were onboard
when the first ship paid off in 1959.
