HMAS Success Ships Ball
The HMAS Success’ Ships Ball will be held on Friday December 5, 2003 at the Stamford Plaza (Cross Street) Double Bay, from 7pm until midnight. Dress Formal/Black Tie. Tickets cost $50.00 each. All personnel who have served on HMAS Success during 2003 are invited to attend.

HMAS Ipswich turns 21

HMAS Nirimba-RANATE Picnic/BBQ
The January 1961 Apprentice intake is holding a reunion in Perth on Sunday November 9, 2003. An invite is extended to all mobis and mechs to attend a family BBQ/picnic at Charles Patterson Park Burswood, west end near the Causeway. BYO everything. Time 11am onwards. AIO/Gunnery Reunion 2003 - WA
The Annual WA AIO & Gunnery Reunion will be held at the Rockingham Naval Association, Saturday November 8, 2003 commencing at 1830. Naval Heritage Weekend
The WA Section of the Naval Association of Australia is holding a two day “Salute our Naval Heritage” event in Fremantle on March 5 and 6, 2004.

We are inviting all serving and ex-serving naval personnel and partners to join us in honouring Australia’s Naval Heritage, celebrating individual naval service.

A weekend of events is planned commencing with a welcoming cocktail party and ceremonial “Beat the Retreat”. The weekend will finish with a Grand Dinner Dance. Warramunga Association
We are seeking members of the crew or ex crew of the Anzac Frigate HMAS Warramunga to join the Warramunga Association. We have at least 350 people on our mailing lists from WWII, Occupation Forces, Japan, those from the FESR, Malaya and those who were onboard when the first ship paid off in 1959.

Each state holds annual reunions and many other functions, where you can meet up with sailors that you have served with over the years and hear all the warries the old fellows can tell you about the first ship, during the years from 1942 until 1959.
