Cricket
The
National ADF Interservice Cricket Titles will be held in Brisbane
from November 16-21. Navy, Army and Air Force will lock horns
from November 16-18, followed by a selected ADF side to play the
Queensland under-19s on November 20-21.
Lacrosse
Defence members who would like to, or have played, lacrosse are
required for upcoming competition. If you have played for a civilian
club or the Defence Force (Army had a team in the 1990s) please
contact Joshua Robinson to gauge the number of people interested

Running
This year’s Bonshaw Cup will be held on Wednesday, November 19
at HMAS Harman. The 6km run or walk is open to all ADF personnel
including Defence civilians and local Canberra Athletics Clubs.

HMAS Penguin’s 25th Gate to Gate Fun Run and Power Walk will be
held on Wednesday, November 26, beginning at 11am. Entry is $2
with all funds raised going to the Sir David Martin Foundation
and Technical Aid to the Disabled (NSW). The event is open to
all ADF personnel and civilians, with the 5km course offering

Shooting
Canberra District Army Rifle Association invites all Steyr-qualified
soldiers, sailors and airmen, regular or reserve, to develop their
core skill in an atmosphere of friendly competition at the Duntroon
WTSS facility on the first Thursday of every month starting at

Softball
The ADF Softball Association will hold its 2003 national championships
from November 10-14 at Georges River Softball Association grounds

Volleyball
The ADF Combined Services Volleyball tournament will be held at
Albury/Wodonga from November 7-16. The tournament is open to regular,
Reserves and Defence civilians (with approval from the committee).
