Church Service
The Royal Australian Navy Corvette Association/NSW will hold its
annual commemorative church service at the Garden Island Chapel
from 10am on October 26. CHAP Gareth Clayton will conduct the
service. The Maritime Commander, RADM Raydon Gates has been invited
to attend along with the RAN Band.

TS Hobart Austrailan Naval Cadet Band Unit, will be celebrating
its 10th anniversary on November 15, 2003. A dinner will
be held at the Derwent Sailing Squadron Sandy Bay at 7:30pm. All

Air Arm - 2003 Reunion
The RAN Fleet Air Arm will be holding a 2003 reunion at HMAS Albatross
during the period October 2 - 5, ending with an Airday on Sunday
the 5th (courtesy of the Australian Museum of Flight). Programme
for the 2003 reunion includes an officers reunion (Wardroom Albatross)
Thursday night, a cocktail party on Friday night, a midday barbeque
on Saturday, followed by a FAAA(NSW) anniversary dinner on Saturday

Quiberon reunion
The third reunion of crew members of HMAS Quiberon (F03), will
be held in Devonport, Tasmania, from October 17-19. All ex-crew

[G81] are also being invited to join the Quiberon Family.

Seaman Officer Reunion
I am organising a 40 year reunion (1964 - 2004) for the Supplementary
List Seaman Officer entry 1/1964. This was the first ever SL seaman
officer intake in the RAN. The reunion will be in Sydney February
27, 28 and 29, 2004. The initial gathering will be in the Wardroom,

Heritage Weekend
The WA Section of the Naval Association of Australia is holding
a two day Salute our Naval Heritage event in Fremantle
on March 5 and 6, 2004. We are inviting all serving and ex-serving
naval personnel and partners to join us in honouring Australias
Naval Heritage, celebrating individual naval service. A weekend
of events is planned commencing with a welcoming cocktail party
and ceremonial Beat the Retreat. The weekend will
finish with a Grand Dinner Dance. For further details please write

series of documentaries featuring DDG-41 HMAS Brisbane. Wanted
