Nominations sought for Touch carnival

The ADF Touch Association (ADFTA) Twelfth National Championships (C/ships) will be held at RAAF Base Amberley over the period November 27 - December 4 this year.

• Nominations are now sought for combined service representative CB teams (not unit teams) to compete in womens open, mens open, mens 30’s, 35’s, 40’s, 45’s and 50’s.
  Nominations will close Aug 29.
  Team nominations are to be sent to WO2 Ross Crowe at ross.crowe@defence.gov.au, ph 07 3332 7908.
• Nominations are also required for a tournament director to run the 2003 ADFTA National C/ships.
  Nominations to be sent to POPT Kel Bryant at kelvin.bryant@defence.gov.au, ph 02 6266 6613.
• The successful conduct of the c/ships is dependent on the provision of referees.
  Nominations are sought for referees, with nominations to be sent to WO1 Ken Golden at ken.golden@defence.gov.au, ph 02 9339 2407.
  
  ADFTA 2004 National Representative Teams
  
  
• Nominations are being sought for players, coaches, managers, medical support, tour managers and event coordinators for the 2004 ADFTA tours.
  
  The selection of ADFTA teams at the nationals will be dependent on these positions being filled before the national teams are announced.
  
  Nomination forms are available from the ADFTA intranet site at http://defclus01.cbr.defence.gov.au/adfta/ (this link is only available on the Defence Intranet), under documents. Send nominations to Mr Dennis Coffey at dc@impactimages.com.au, ph 02 6295 9955.
  
  All personnel nominating for ADFTA 2004 representative squads must deposit $50 into ADFTA Defcredit account
  (include the name of the person making the deposit) prior to the commencement of the ADFTA Nationals in Nov 03.
  
  A further deposit of $50 will be required on being named in one of the ADFTA squads for 2004. If you do not make selection your deposit will be refunded.
  
  All permanent and reserve members of the ADF and Aust Public Service members employed by Defence are eligible to participate in all positions. Spouses or other civilians may nominate for coach and team manager positions.
