1st birthday

HMAS Diamantina (LCDR Paul Scott,) celebrated her first birthday on May 4.

The ship’s company celebrated the event with a barbecue and a cake at the ADI Ltd facility in Newcastle, where their ship was completing a maintenance period.

The traditional cake-cutting was undertaken by the CO, assisted by the youngest member of the ship’s company, 21-year-old ABCK Paul Chambers.
