Squash
The 2003 DefCredit ADF Squash Nationals will be held at RAAF Williamtown
from July 24-28. All full-time and Reserve personnel of all standards
are invited to attend the graded competition (so you don't have
to be an expert to have a go). The event will also help select
a team for the 2004 New Zealand tour. Further information: Navy

Lawn Bowls
The 2003 NSW Inter-Service Lawn Bowls competition will be conducted
at Beresfield Bowling Club (Newcastle), from the August 12-14
inclusive. The national competition is planned for September 1-5
at Ferny Grove Bowling Club (Brisbane). Any enquires please contact

Skiing
The RAAF Alpine Sports Association Championships for 2003 are
due to be held at Mt Hotham from August 2-10, catering for all

Touch Football
The 2003 Canberra Defence Force Touch Association Interservice
Competition will be held on August 15 at HMAS Harman. This competition
is open to Canberra based Defence members, (including ADFA), Reservists
and Defence Public Servants. The nominations for men's/women's
opens, 30s, 35/40+ are to be forwarded to the following POCs:

The 2003 RAAF and National Inter-Service Cross-Country/Biathlon
Skiing Championships will be held at Mt Hotham, Victoria during
the period August 3-15, catering for all levels from beginner

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Australian Defence
Force Basketball Association (ADFBA) as an accredited sporting
association. To celebrate the milestone the Patron, RADM Raydon
Gates and President COL Tony Cotton extend a cordial invitation
to all former participants, competitors and officials alike, to
attend this years championship in Sydney Oct 19-25, and gala ball

Hockey
The 9th Australian Masters Games is to be held in Canberra from
October 31 - November 9, with the ADF Hockey Association entering
teams. The major requirement for entry is to be old enough, and
for hockey this is 30 years of age at December 31, 2003. Detailed
