The ADF Running and Athletics Association will conduct the 2003
State Teams Half Marathon Championship in conjunction with the
Canberra Half Marathon on Sunday May 18. Entries close May 8 to

Australian Footlball
The Australian Services Australian Football Associations
national combined services side will play a curtain-raiser at
the Sydney Cricket Ground at 3.50pm on ANZAC Day against a combined
Australian Federal Police/NSW Fire Brigade team. Half-price tickets
to Defence members.
Hockey
The 2003 ADF Hockey Championships will be conducted at the Pines
Hockey Stadium, Adelaide from May 30 to June 6. Enquiries for

The 2003 Mons Cup Rugby Union Knockout will be held on May 1 at
Woollahra Fields two and three. First game at 0930 with final

Running
The Lest We Forget Run will be held in more than 60 locations
throughout Australia on Sunday, April 27. The 8km distance (5
miles) recognises the distance our ANZAC heroes were required

Soccer
The Australian Combined Services Soccer Association has selected
its coaching/management staff for the mens and womens
ADF teams. The successful candidates are: mens coach PO

ADF Tenpin Bowling
The ACT/Southern NSW Inter-Service Tenpin Bowling Championships
will be held on May 5 at the Belconnen Tenpin Bowling Centre from
0930. Bowlers will compete for their Service with selection open
to all permanent, Reserve and civilian members. Nominations close
