New super choices

Defence personnel will be able to tailor their own investment strategies under new superannuation arrangements.

The Military Superannuation and Benefits Board of Trustees will introduce Member Investment Choice on July 1 next year.

Members will be able to choose between four investment options, covering conservative to high growth strategies.

In addition, the Board is working to introduce additional ancillary benefits in the near future.
