The Submarine Training and Systems Centre at HMAS STIRLING, has been awarded Four Star Safety Management accreditation by the National Safety Council of Australia (NSCA)

It was the first for a Navy training organisation.

This was the first attempt to achieve this prestigious rating, with the senior auditor Mr Bruce Ingle, describing STSC as having an outstanding OH&S management system.

The NSCA award complements the existing ISO 9001 accreditation achieved by STSC last year.
