League curtain-raiser
ARMY and Air Force rugby league teams will compete in a curtain-raiser to the Anzac Test match between Australia and New Zealand at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on April 20 at 5.30pm. The match will be a useful lead-up to the Combined Australian Services Rugby League Championships at Sydney’s Randwick Barracks from May 21-27.

Clay target shooting

Shooters aim for new body
FULL-time, Reserve or retired Army members are invited to petition for a new sporting body devoted to all disciplines of clay target shooting. The petition is open to all members Australia wide that have a current shooter’s licence, or a licence application lodged in their state or territory.
