TWO more names were added to the Australian War Memorial Roll of Honour this Remembrance Day.

The names of Pte Jake Kovco and WO2 David Nary were officially added to the Honour Roll in a private ceremony attended by family and friends of the two men, the Chief of Army Lt-Gen Peter Leahy, and representatives from 3RAR and the SASR.

Pte Kovco, 3RAR, died this year in Iraq, and WO2 Nary, SASR, died in a training accident in the MEAO in 2005.

WO2 Nary will also be honoured when a new “Nary Special Operations Vehicle”, is named after him.

The soldiers names were added to the existing list of over 102,000 soldiers, who had made the ultimate sacrifice for Australia.
