ARMY Reserves were out in force at the recent Perth Careers and Education Expo in a bid to attract the next generation of soldiers.
Serving reservists worked alongside DFRC-WA staff at the Perth Convention Centre, attracting more than their fair share of potential recruits.
Maj Richard Fenton, 16RWAR, said the Army display was one of the largest at the expo and attracted a great deal of interest from the general public and exhibitors alike.
“It was encouraging to see such a good response from the public, and the great teamwork among defence members,” he said. “It was an outstanding recruitment effort.”
