Chief selects this month’s best photographs

The CA has chosen this month’s winners of the CA photo competition.

The winners are:

1st: Sgt B.A Rodgers, Transit Security Element 38.

2nd: Lt M. Doyle, A Sqn, 5 Avn Regt.

Sgt Rodgers will receive a copy of Jeffery Grey’s The Australian Army and an Army laser pointer pen set.

These photos will be displayed in AHQ.

CA Lt-Gen Peter Leahy expressed thanks to all those who submitted entries, saying the standard and selection was very good. “I look forward to more interesting photos that capture the courage, initiative and teamwork of the Army,” Lt-Gen Leahy said.

A prize will be awarded to the best photo sent in each month.

Photographs should be high resolution JPEGS (300dpi sized to 20cm on the longest side).
They can be submitted to ddm.imagery@defence.gov.au (marked to the attention of Lt-Col Sean Ryan) with accompanying information explaining what the photos depict.
