Handover: Lt-Col David Collins, the outgoing OIC of the Australian Medical Detachment in Balad, Iraq, hands over to incoming OIC Major Kim Sullivan. Lt-Col Collins has just been appointed as the Head of Corps for the RAANC and Maj Sullivan is the Deputy Head of Corps. The handover covered not only the local situation in the Coalition-staffed military hospital but current issues in the corps.
