Army soccer standouts sought

THE Australian Army Soccer Football Association (AASFA) is seeking player nominations to trial for selection into the Army national men’s and women’s soccer squads for the ADF Football Federation National Soccer Carnival.

The trial dates are from October 23-25 at Holsworthy barracks, Sydney, with successful candidates required to stay with the squads until November 5. Player nominations are to include PMKeyS number, rank, name, contact details and CO’s approval to attend for the above periods.

The AASFA is also seeking nominations for management and official positions from October 23 to November 5. Positions are available for male coach, female coach, male manager, female manager and referees.
