Defence and civilian members battled the 7km that cover some of the most picturesque scenery Canungra offers, including hills, bushes and freezing crystal-clear streams.

The first female to finish was Cpl Natalie Tufte-Johnsen in 37min 46sec and the first male was WO2 Mark Anderson in 30min 37sec.
