Detachment that provides protection for Australian Government
personnel working at the Australian Embassy in Baghdads

Sgt Glyn Young at Lords Cricket Ground with the famous

members on Exercise Long Look who were volunteer stewards
at the first Test between England and Australia.

Long haul: Gnr Matthew Cameron, Sgt Damyn Burridge, Bdr Alexander
Howe and Lt Chris Slocombe, 41 Fd Bty, competed in the Kokoda
Challenge 96km trek as the 41 Battery Sharks. They were awarded
the 39 Militia Mateship Award for their efforts at the Inaugural
Kokoda Challenge Gala Ball. 41 Fd Bty members transported
Kokoda veterans around the course and provided two 105mm Hamel
guns at the finish.
