Honours’ nominations

NOMINATIONS have been called for the 2006 Australia Day honours’ list. They are sought within the Order of Australia (Military Division) and Conspicuous Service categories.

Nominations are open to all ranks. They should be cleared through two-star officers and submitted by May 31.

The Directorate of Honours and Awards will not accept late nominations unless otherwise arranged. It will accept submissions on the revised AD104 form, available on http://www.defence.gov.au/dpe/dpe-site/honours-awards/ or http://defweb.cbr.defence.gov.au/dpe/honours-awards/
