RMC-A Band with the Govenor-General. RMC-A Band with the Govenor-General, Maj- Gen Michael Jeffery (rtd), his wife Marlena, the Chief of the Capability Development Group, Lt-Gen David Hurley, after the recent presentation of the Governor-General's Drum Major Staff to the band at Government House, Canberra. The presentation was made to the Band in recognition of 50 years loyal and dedicated service to the ADF, RMC-A and the Canberra community. The band celebrated its Golden Jubilee during May 14 to 16 with a number of activities that included the Granting of the Freedom Entry to the City of Canberra.
