Personnel

Use it, or lose your leave

Members with leave in their books that is more than three years old will lose it after June 30 this year under the automatic leave lapsing provisions of PMKeyS.

Clarification

LAST edition's (Army April 8, 2004) SCMA column on promotions may have been misunderstood by some readers.
SCMA has provided the following amendment:

"There will not be a signal sent informing soldiers of PAC results. Soldiers banded one-to-three in PAC will not receive a personally addressed letter. Instead, COs will receive a letter of PAC results for all soldiers in their unit that presented to PAC. Additionally, soldiers banded four and five at PAC will receive a personally addressed letter from SCMA discussing their results."

Procedures for visiting SCMA

Visits are a very important part of SCMA’s business as they help promote a better understanding of its core task - soldier career management.
Please make yourself familiar with SCMA's policy on arranging visits.
