Bright new look for re-born Army Journal

A bright new version of the Australian Army Journal will soon be appearing throughout the Army.

Significantly revamped, this new-look Journal will appeal to all those with an interest in Defence and Army issues.

It will also provide an opportunity for all members of the Army to put pen to paper to argue their point.

The first edition of the reborn Journal features articles by officers both serving and retired, NCOs and Defence commentators.

Topics covered include recent and current operational experiences, tactics, training, terrorism, and a critique of niche forces.

The rebirth of the Army Journal is a result of the transfer of the Journal’s management from the Land Warfare Development Centre to the Canberra-based Land Warfare Studies Centre.

Information on the Australian Army Journal is available on the Land Warfare Studies Centre’s website at http://www.defence.gov.au/army/lwsc/ or through contacting Centre staff on army.journal@defence.gov.au
