The Directorate of Technical Regulation Army (DTR-A) is
looking for candidates to take part Land Engineer Professional
Development Program (LEPDP).
The LEPDP requires professional engineers to develop specified
competencies through training and work experience.
Professional engineers who successfully complete the program will
be eligible to seek accreditation as a Chartered Professional
Engineer and registration on the National Professional Engineers
Register.
For the purposes of the LEPDP, the term engineer includes
individuals holding an IEAust-recognised four-year bachelor of
engineering degree and allocated to the corps of RAE, RASigs and
RAEME.
Completed applications should be sent through the chain of command
and reach DTR-A by August 30.
Applicants who were unsuccessful for the pilot LEPDP in 2002/2003
should confirm their nominations for the 2003/2004 program.
