In a first for rugby league in the ADF, teams representing their respective service will go head-to-head at the 2003 National Inter-Service Rugby League Titles in Canberra from February 17-21.

Games will be played under lights at the former home ground of the Canberra Raiders, Seiffert Oval in Queanbeyan, with Navy and Air Force kicking off proceedings at 7pm on Monday, February 17.

Air Force and Army will then take to the field at 7pm on February 19, followed by Army and Navy at 5pm on February 21.

After the tournament, a Combined Australian Services Rugby League (CASRL) team will also be named. The CASRL team will then play champion Canberra district competition team, the Queanbeyan Blues at Seiffert Oval on Sunday, February 23 from 7pm.

Commitments conclude on February 25 with the final game against the American Tomahawks, also at Bruce Stadium from 6pm.
