Australian Defence Force Warfare Centre member AB Chad Meyn was presented with his Iraq Campaign Medal on his last day in the ADF.
CAPT Scott awarded AB Meyn his medal for his service in the Middle East onboard HMAS Melbourne.
AB Meyn served on Melbourne in Iraq, MEAO, Thailand, Christmas Island, New Zealand and extensively travelled around Australia.
AB Meyn has been with the Australian Defence Force Warfare Centre since January this year. He leaves the ADF to take up a position in the mines where he will be operating various types of plant and equipment.
